This program has been specifically made for anyone from Professina athletes to your average weekend warrior! Anyone that is currently struggling with an injury or their performance. I work with a wide range of people of all ages.
I currently work with individuals from West Coast USA all the way to East Coast Australia and everywhere else in between. That is the beauty of this program, it is for ANYONE in the world that wants to work with me.
Yes - I am with you every step of the way, guiding you through your journey together. The personal element is one of the main reasons that people love this program!
Nothing changes, if anying - we get more results as it forces you to rely on you carrying out active treatments rather than relying on hands on treatment that offers a temporary fix. Everything remains the same with the consulations, they are just performed via Zoom / WhatsApp.
Far more than you would get from an in-person physiotherapist following a traditional model. Imagine having access to the same Physiotherapist in your pocket EVERYDAY.
Some of my clients are aready following a training program and that is completely fine. If this is the case I will do my best to ensure load management is nailed and integrate your program within our structure rehab sessions. For others, they like us to look after everything including their strength and cardio workouts.
Unfortunately, some injuries can take little bit longer. Frustrating, I know. But as long as you are happy to do so and you are still responding - we continue & push on!
