  • Functional Movement Screening & Strength Testing

  • Up to 5 professionally structured & tailored sessions per week which are in line with your GOALS & NEEDS

  • NOT a copy & paste plan. During Rehab & Performance Coaching, things change from a day-to-day basis… We have a good understanding of where we want you to be in let’s say x12 weeks time, but we are constantly making tweaks to the plan on a weekly basis
